Why do we collect information?

The Elkhart County Convention and Visitors Bureau (ECCVB) collects information because we want to provide the best possible service to our potential and returning visitors.

What information do we collect online?

On the Request Information form on our website, we ask you to provide information by filling out and submitting an online form. On this form we ask you to submit your name, address, phone number, and email address. We also ask you several questions about your Internet use regarding travel.

What do we do with your information?

If you have filled out and submitted information to the ECCVB via the online form, we understand that you are interested in receiving information. The ECCVB keeps your contact and preferences information in a database. The ECCVB DOES NOT SELL YOUR NAME TO ANY BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATION.

We will however, utilize your preference information to contact you in the future if there is event, special package, or information that you would find useful, based on your submission form.
